Around Level 51 ~ 52 is when players should move on to Mediah. You will first head to the [Abandoned Iron Mine] and if you continue following the flow of the quests, but you’re free to go elsewhere more appropriate to your level or equipment.

Mediah is generally known to be an uncivilized land. You will experience a very different atmosphere to Calpheon as many of the hunting grounds portray such history. You'll also gain more EXP and loot from here, so consider it as a stepping stone towards becoming a seasoned player.

This guide also has details about the [Kuit Islands], which are not part of the Mediah region, but have a similar level bracket. The [Kuit Islands] are the den of the Cox Pirates and is located to the northwest end of the continent. Thus, you will need to get yourself a boat in order to get there.

Abandoned Iron Mine(51~53Lv)

Back in the day, this was the main mining camp in Mediah, but now it has been taken over by Barbarians pushed here from the south. There are no rules here: only the strong survive. The place is always full of commotion with its unending clamor and noise.

Manes Hideout(51~53Lv)

It is unclear when, where, or how the Manes came to be as a species. Zoologists say it is simply nonsensical to believe that some hyenas suddenly started walking with two legs and acting like Humans. One thing is certain: they don’t like it when things get messy, just like hyenas.

Wandering Rogue Den(51~53Lv)

These rogues used to roam throughout Mediah, but they recently settled down atop a cliff next to the Junaid River. There are many rumors about them cooking up some sort of evil plan. Not a single soul has returned after going up to check for themselves, so only the gods are privy to whatever it is they’re up to.

Omar Lava Cave(51~53Lv)

There were rumors that the secret of how the Altinova Merchants Guild melt Black Crystal to earn so much money was hidden in this lava cave. However, one day the cave exploded from an unknown accident which is said to have transformed some spirits into living Flame Ferrid. To this day, no one knows anything about the explosion or those mysterious creature.

Marni’s 2nd Lab(52~53Lv)

A lab located in Mediah that had been influenced by the mad scientist Marni. It appears that a building has been built on top of an abandoned mine, and what lies underneath is still unknown. This place is inhabited by an advanced form of the mutant monster found in Keplan Base.

Helms Post(51~54Lv)

Home of the barbaric Helm tribe native to Mediah. They usually aren’t particularly friendly to outsiders. It is said that they used to be the Dwarves who lived in South Dragan. Some suspect the reason they came up here is that some internal conflict within the tribe, but only those of the Helm tribe know the truth and they really dislike outsiders.

Elric Shrine(52~55Lv)

A temple on the eastern hill of the Rumbling Land. It is currently occupied by the worshipers of the evil deity. According to the documents from a fully-packed bookcase in Elric Monastery, the superstitious belief in the Black Energy and entities called Black Spirits is rooted in ancient times, and it may be related to an ancient civilization.

Sausan Garrison(53~55Lv)

The northwestern sea of Mediah can be seen from up on this Fort. It was originally ordered to be built by the royal family of Mediah to protect marine trade routes from pirates. However, it is now occupied by the Sausans, the native Barbarian tribe of Mediah.

Soldier’s Grave(54~55Lv)

A cemetery on the southern mountain range. Fallen heroes of the old war rest here. But with the appearance of a group of suspicious Wizards nearby, these dead heroes have emerged from their graves and now roam the cemetery in the form of clattering skeletons.

Abandoned Mine(54~56Lv)

A mine that is found inside the Helms Post. It used to belong to the Altinova Merchants Guild, but it seems like it’s been abandoned after the Helms took it over. It is said there are many strange dwarves infused with some sort of power here.

Hasrah Ancient Ruins(54~56Lv)

The Hasrah Ancient Ruins where ancient relics are buried. Living ancient weapons in diverse forms such as humans and worms protect this ruins. There is a mysterious atmosphere to this place, which is just waiting for someone to venture through it.

Home of the Golems that is spread across the Ancient Ruins Excavation Site and the Rumbling Land. This area was named the Rumbling Land a long time ago because of how the ground shook with great noise whenever these powerful Golems unleashed their wrath.

An island once thought to have been inhabited by villagers, it is now the main outpost of the Cox Pirates. Their influence has grown so great that Calpheon is planning a punitive expedition across the whole island, but this has become very troublesome because the so-called invincible Trina Marine Knights are experiencing some difficulties.
